Walk In Service

We do not take appointments; stop in to tan any time during our normal business hours (last tan 15 minutes before closing). Our facility is well equipped to manage demand so if there is a wait it is not often more than a few minutes. If time is of concern, we welcome you to call ahead to check availability.

Minors

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have a release form authorized by the Salon Associate and the Parent/ Legal Guardian before the minor will be allowed to tan at Planet Bronze. After the initial visit and paperwork minors are not required to be accompanied by an adult.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, personal check (with ID), debit, credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and Planet Bronze gift certificates. For your convenience we also offer an electronic funds transfer (EFT) program, ask a Salon Associate for details. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 NSF fee.

Gift Certificates

Planet Bronze gift certificates can be purchased in any amount or for a specific service. Please treat gift certificates as you would treat cash. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Children in the Salon

We strive to provide service to our clients in a relaxing atmosphere without distractions and interruptions. The salon is not a suitable environment for your little ones, seating is limited and our associates have many duties to attend to and cannot provide supervision for your children. For these reasons children must remain in the waiting area and be supervised at all times. Coloring books are happily provided for quiet entertainment.

Pets in the Salon

The salon is not a good environment for pets. It is against health regulations to have animals in the salon and we also need to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as smitten with our furry companions as we may be.
